The reasons for denial are outlined below: <br />The proposed change in post- mining land use requires the submittal of an amendment <br />application since significant changes to the Mining Plan, Reclamation Plan and compliance <br />with Rule 3 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations are needed for the change from <br />Industrial /Commercial to Developed Water Resource.
