This bond release report is related to 67.6 acres of
lands at 61 locations reclaimed between 1996 and 2008. The majority of the lands contained in
this report, except for those at the Lone Pine Gulch facilities area, are on National Forest System
lands. The majority of the report deals with the 2000 thermal event area, and methane drainage
well pads and access roads in nine different drilling areas on the Gunnison National Forest.
The Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety ( CDRMS) and representatives from
the Paonia District Minerals Program conducted inspections on June 19 -20 and August 7, 2012
on the reclaimed roads and drill pads contained in SL -04. The U.S.F.S. concurs with CDRMS
that these sites meet the requirements for Phase II bond release.
If you have any questions, please contact Ryan Taylor the Paonia District Minerals
Administrator at (970) 527 -4131.
Sincerell
Ti-'U/ VI K.
