This bond release report is related to 67.6 acres of <br />lands at 61 locations reclaimed between 1996 and 2008. The majority of the lands contained in <br />this report, except for those at the Lone Pine Gulch facilities area, are on National Forest System <br />lands. The majority of the report deals with the 2000 thermal event area, and methane drainage <br />well pads and access roads in nine different drilling areas on the Gunnison National Forest. <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety ( CDRMS) and representatives from <br />the Paonia District Minerals Program conducted inspections on June 19 -20 and August 7, 2012 <br />on the reclaimed roads and drill pads contained in SL -04.
