G. Everist, Incorporated. <br />The owner /operator, L.G. Everist, has not started mining yet. The operator is still preparing the site for <br />mining and processing. Topsoil and overburden have been stripped in the future plant site areas and a <br />future mining area. Some processing equipment is stored on site, but the operator is still in the design <br />phase of creating a new processing plant. <br />The previous owner /operator had about a 5 -acre pond and 15 acres disturbed. L.G. Everist has disturbed <br />about 20 acres in 2013 - stripping topsoil and overburden, then re- grading some areas to prepare for the <br />plant site. A copy of the "pre- mining" map from the approved amendment is attached for reference. The <br />area marked as "previous owner" and "A" has the pond in the north part of it, and the southern part of it <br />will be part of the plant site area. The area marked "B" will have plant site in it as well.
