Brown" <Sandy.Brown @state.co.us >, Mary Rodriguez - DNR <mary.rodriguez @state.co.us> <br />Jared, <br />As requested in your June 18, 2013 Email, I have reviewed the PR -7 application for the Trapper Mine. <br />Specifically, I looked at their proposed changes to Section 3.3.3 East Panel Landslide Geotechnical Evaluation. <br />The text of this section has been updated to reflect current instrumentation and monitoring at the site, while <br />retaining pertinent historical information. I have only one adequacy comment: <br />The final paragraph on page 3 -27a is consistent with what was approved. On page 3 -27b, Stations 5 thru 8 have <br />replaced Stations 1 thru 4 that were listed previously. For purposes of continuity, a new paragraph should be <br />inserted at the top of 3 -27b which gives a brief description of what happened to the original four stations, and <br />when the current stations were placed into service. <br />have one other comment which relates to 3.3.3 as it appears in Laserfiche (attached). This section incorporates <br />9 pages (probably 5 are obsolete already), which should all be deleted and replaced with the 4 pages submitted <br />with PR -7.
