MANAGEMENT <br />RECEIVED <br />JUL 12 2013 <br />DI1%ISI0N OF %MAMQllW <br />The DRMS' letter dated July 3, 2013, transmitted its adequacy comments regarding TR -64. <br />Following are Snowcap's responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns: <br />DRMS: SCC will need to obtain land owner consent from the applicable property owners <br />indicating that they wish to retain the fences and gates as permanent features. In <br />accordance with Rule 2.05.5(2)(b) please incorporate comments /consent from the <br />equitable landowners of the said property indicating they wish to retain the fences and <br />gates as permanent features and update the pertinent section(s) of the PAP to describe <br />these permanent post -mine features. <br />SCC: New pages A14 -5 -43 through A14 -5 -46 of Appendix A14 -5 are enclosed.
