Adequacy and Inspection Responses <br />Dear Mr. Zuber, <br />Enclosed please find two copies of revised materials for SL -07, under which <br />Colowyo is applying for Phase I bond release on acres in the West Pit, South <br />Taylor Pit and East Pit respectively. <br />Per your adequacy review letter dated June 10, 2013; several items were noted <br />to be revised within the SL -07 application. Colowyo has made the following <br />revisions to the application package per your comments: <br />1. Within reclamation parcel WP018, the pile of staged rocks, the Coal Road <br />Ditch, and the West Pit Fill Ditch have been removed as requested. <br />2. Within reclamation parcel WP019, all areas applied for in the initial <br />application East of the identified scraper road (including the topsoil pile) <br />have been removed as requested. <br />With these revisions mentioned above, the revised acreage that is being <br />applied for has been reduced from 137.4 acres to 125.2 acres.
