Unfortunately, there is no reference to that information on the Certificate of Liability. When reviewing the Certificate the Division must ensure that the Limit amounts are associated solely for each individual site. In this case, if the Limits delineated on the Certificate represent the amounts for the Foidel Creek Mine then only the Foidel Creek Mine with the operator Twentymile Coal LLC and the permit number should be on the Certificate. If not, then the Division cannot make a determination as to which amounts go with which sites without requesting a copy of the actual insurance policy to ensure that the amounts represent one site only. This is one of the unfortunate issues when working with a policy which covers multiple operations. Let me know what you think.
