The application was submitted by Western Fuels- Colorado, LLC on <br />December 24, 2012, for the New Horizon Mine. <br />The Surface mine is located approximately 1.7 miles Northwest of Nucla, Colorado. The permit <br />area is further described as follows: <br />Sections 25 and 36, Township 47 North, Range 16 West; Section 31, Township 47 North, Range <br />15 West; Section 6, Township 46 North, Range 15 West; and Section 1, Township 46 North, <br />Range 16 West. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Marcia L.
