This submittal includes one copy of the <br />following: <br />The completed Division Application form for this revision <br />Replacement of permit text section 2.05.4(2)(e), pages 26 -30, 32, 33, 37, 38 & 59 -61 to address <br />modifications to the dryland and irrigated pasture management procedures for reclaimed and <br />reference areas to better align with the Division's regulations. Note that no text changes were made <br />to pages 28 -30, but are included because of pagination change to the approved text. <br />An additional file (also attached to the email transmittal of this letter) contains these pages with track <br />changes comparison to the approved permit to assist the Division in their review. Please disregard <br />that the page numbers in this compare document are off due to the expansion of the text to <br />accommodate the comparison text. <br />One hard copy of this revision package is being mailed to you, and two hard copies are being mailed to <br />Sandra Brown at the DRMS Denver office. <br />As we have discussed, a timely response from the Division to this Minor Revision, and concurrence with the <br />vegetation monitoring scope of work plan presented to the Division will allow WFC to commence with the <br />vegetation sampling as soon as possible, but no later than Monday, June 10 to avoid conflict with the land <br />owners' and farming contractors' hay cutting interests. <br />Please contact Greg Lewicki or Ben Langenfeld at the office of Greg Lewicki & Associates, 11541 Warrington <br />Court, Parker CO, 80138, phone (303) 346 -5196 with any questions, comments, or concerns.
