The Division has determined that the Amendment <br />Application meets the definition of a `complex application' as that term is defined in Hard Rock <br />Rules 1.1(10). In accordance with Rule 1.4.1(7), the Division is extending the decision deadline <br />by 60 days beyond the usual maximum limit for such an application.
