Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's Proposed Decision to approve with conditions <br />Permit Renewal No. 3 at the Bowie No. 2 Mine became final on May 16, 2013. Notice of the <br />proposed decision was published in the Delta County Indpendent on April 10, 2013, initiating the <br />thirty (30) day public comment period for the Division's decision. No comments were received <br />during the comment period. <br />Enclosed you will find two signed Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Mining <br />Permit documents. An authorized representative of Bowie Resources, LLC needs to sign both <br />documents and have them notarized. One must be returned to the Division at the above address; the <br />other must be kept on file at the mine office. <br />Please be aware that issuance of the permit renewal will initiate time frames of any enclosed <br />stipulations to the permit. Stipulations are enclosed in a rider to the permit, if any were imposed <br />upon the permit.
