In support of this <br />request are a modified Reclamation Plan Map and a revised Exhibit E Reclamation Plan. <br />Conoco Phillips Co (Conoco) is the owner of oil and gas rights in all of Section 34, <br />Township 4 South, Range 64 West in Arapahoe County, Colorado. In 2012, Conoco <br />obtained a Use by Special Review permit, USR 12 -003 (Exhibit A) to construct an oil and <br />gas production site. In compliance with Arapahoe County's Zoning Code Chapter 4: <br />Agricultural Zone Districts A -E & A -1 (Exhibit B), Conoco constructed a production pad 540 <br />feet by 450 feet, approximately 5.5 acres, in the southwest portion of permitted area. <br />Exhibit E: Reclamation Plan <br />Revised April 23, 2013 <br />Reclamation will occur as described in the approved application with the exception of <br />the Conoco Phillips oil production area of 5.5 acres located in the southwest portion of the <br />permitted area. This area will be prepared as necessary to construct an oil and gas <br />production site.
