In support of this request are a modified Reclamation Plan Map and a revised Exhibit E Reclamation Plan. Conoco Phillips Co (Conoco) is the owner of oil and gas rights in all of Section 34, Township 4 South, Range 64 West in Arapahoe County, Colorado. In 2012, Conoco obtained a Use by Special Review permit, USR 12 -003 (Exhibit A) to construct an oil and gas production site. In compliance with Arapahoe County's Zoning Code Chapter 4: Agricultural Zone Districts A -E & A -1 (Exhibit B), Conoco constructed a production pad 540 feet by 450 feet, approximately 5.5 acres, in the southwest portion of permitted area. Exhibit E: Reclamation Plan Revised April 23, 2013 Reclamation will occur as described in the approved application with the exception of the Conoco Phillips oil production area of 5.5 acres located in the southwest portion of the permitted area. This area will be prepared as necessary to construct an oil and gas production site. Potential reclamation activities may include surface grading for oil production equipment installation, stormwater bmp installation and on -site road construction. Pioneer requests a reduction of permitted acreage from 315.55 to 310.05 acres with the subsequent and appropriate reduction of financial warranty.
