Structure Agreement for the site, provide or confirm not required <br />The Financial Warranty Letter of Credit provided was not on the State of Colorado form and <br />lacked notarization. In your Succession of Operators Application, you selected Option 1. Upon <br />approval of your application, you will be notified of the required surety amount to provide.
