Unfortunately, we will not have a Substitute Water Supply Plan (SWSP) in place <br />by that time. We have reached an agreement with the City of Aurora for an augmentation <br />Lease. The lease is fully negotiated and but we are awaiting final signatures, and <br />approval by the Water Board. I am confident that this lease will allow for an approved <br />SWSP. A letter addressing the remaining concerns is being hand - delivered to DRMS, as <br />the attachments could not be easily forwarded electronically. <br />Please allow a thirty (30) day extension of time to make a decision so that we may <br />get a SWSP approved. <br />Sincerely <br />Eric Fe <br />
