Please clarify the meaning of this statement "Captured water will be allowed to <br />evaporate naturally or will be filtered prior to exiting the site." The mining plan states topsoil will be salvaged at 1 -12 inches. Please provide a <br />smaller range of topsoil to be removed, or please provide information to justify <br />salvaging 1 -12 inches. Based on observations made during the inspection the <br />Division believes there are approximately 6 -plus inches of rocky topsoil. The Division <br />believes that 6 -12 inches of topsoil /growth medium would be a more suitable range <br />to be salvage. <br />6.4.5. Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />3. Please update Exhibit E to reflect the above mentioned changes to Exhibit D. <br />General comments and questions <br />4.
