Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C- 1981 -020 <br />for the Munger Canyon Mine on April 22, 2013, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations <br />to continue under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. <br />The permit was issued to CAM Mining, LLC, P.O.
