The estimated liability of the reclamation bond has been calculated to be <br />$48,600.00. Please submit a financial warranty in the amount of $48,600.00 within 60 days of this letter. The <br />bonding template forms may be located online at http: / /mining.state.co.us , Forms, Warranty Forms. The transfer of <br />Permit No.M- 2008 -001 will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division.
