Box 191 <br />Victor, Colorado 80860 <br />Re: Cripple Creek & Victor Mining, Co., Cresson Project, M- 1980 -244 <br />Acceptance of As -Built Certification Report for LOB Liner Expansion <br />Dear Mr. Comer, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has reviewed the Cresson Project Quality <br />Assurance Monitoring and Test Results report for the LOB Liner Extension dated November 7, 2012. <br />The following adequacy issues must be addressed to the satisfaction of the Division prior to the <br />Division accepting the post construction certification and as -built report. <br />1. In Section 2.0 Summary of Earthwork Construction, the Operator states Table 2 presents a <br />summary of the weather during the period of October 10 through October 12 2011 for the <br />construction activities. Table 2 presents a summary of the weather during the period of <br />October 10 through October 13 2011. Please explain this discrepancy and correct the <br />report as needed. <br />2. In Section 2.4 Bedding Fill (above installed geomembrane), the Operator refers twice to Drain <br />Cover Fill (DCF).
