DRMS: The Division has reviewed the new Appendix A information submitted by <br />MCM and will be conducting another AVS evaluation. If additional concerns are <br />identified we will inform MCM. No further response is necessary at this time. <br />3. DRMS: A proposed decision on PR -2 by the Division is pending the completion of <br />the Environmental Assessment for the lease modification by the BLM and a Decision <br />Record. No further response from MCM is necessary at this time. <br />4. DRMS: Consultation under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act is <br />still in progress by the Federal agencies that are involved. The Division will inform <br />MCM when additional information is available. No further response from MCM is <br />necessary at this time. <br />11. DRMS: Comments 11 through 14 pertain to alluvial and bedrock groundwater <br />quality and quantity, the hydrologic monitoring plan, and the need for groundwater <br />points of compliance. I would like to arrange a meeting with J.E. Stover & <br />Associates /MCM in the near future to expedite reconciliation of several concerns <br />identified in our review of the adequacy response submittal specific to groundwater <br />information presented. These comments also overlap with Items 88 and 89 under <br />Protection of Hydrological Balance on page 32 of your response letter. <br />
