This substitute water supply plan ( "SWSP ") is a combined
replacement plan that identifies replacement sources to cover depletions from three mine sites
operated by Martin Marietta Materials ( "MMM" or "Applicant ") along the Cache La Poudre River.
The required fee of $771 (3 x $257) has been submitted (receipt no. 3658725 & 3658726).
Plan Operation
The following table lists the sites that are involved in this combined replacement plan:
TABLE A - COMBINED REPLACEMENT PLAN SITES
The exposed surface area at all three sites have been updated based on the current
conditions for each site. For the Home Office Pit, the Tri- Districts and the City of Greeley
( "Partners ") have assumed augmentation responsibility for the Lamb Ponds A through C, as well
as the Triber Ponds A and B. The Triber Ponds A and B have officially been separated from the
Home Office Pit mining permit and are now covered under the Partners mining permit
