The following is a list of easement <br />concerns: <br />• There is no easement on the Garvey /Western Fuels property on 2700 and BB Road where the 26" pipeline loops <br />out of the original C.C.C. right of way in order to cross the road. <br />• There is no agreement on overflow of screen box #1 Tuttle Draw. <br />• There is no agreement with Western Fuels and George Van Kirkwood, regarding Screen box #1 which is on Mr. <br />Van Kirkwood's property. <br />• There is no road easement on BB road to screen box #1, on the Guire- Richards property. <br />If you have any questions please call Zene Weimer, Vice President of the Colorado Cooperative Company at 970 -864- <br />7315 or Dean Naslund, Ditch Superintendent of the Colorado Cooperative Company at 970 - 428 -7870.
