Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />Re: Maryland Creek Ranch, Permit No. M -1996 -049, Technical Revision Approval, Revision TR06 <br />Dear Ms. Hopkins: <br />On February 7, 2013 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on January 22, 2013, addressing the following: <br />Increase maximum allowed disturbed acres to 80ac and increase bond <br />The terms of the Technical Revision TR06 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />M 1996 -049. All other conditions and requirements of Permit M 1996 -049 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $686,368.00 exceeds the $564,548.00 performance bond currently held. If <br />you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $121,820.00 within 60 days of <br />the date of this letter.
