Box 322 <br />Westcliffe, CO 81252 <br />Re: Mooney Hills Permit, Permit No. M- 2007 -007, Succession of Operators Approval, Revision No. <br />SO -1 <br />Dear Myron Mullett: <br />On January 28, 2013, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the succession of operators <br />from Mullett Excavating, LLC to All -Rite Paving & Redi -Mix Inc. for this operation. All -Rite Paving & <br />Redi -Mix Inc. is now the permitted operator of the Mooney Hills Permit, and as such, is responsible for all <br />provisions in M- 2007 -007, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Since Option 1 was selected for your Successor Operator application, the new operator must provide the <br />Financial Warranty bond in the amount of $23,800.00 prior to March 26, 2013 for your existing bond to be <br />released. In the event All -Rite Paving & Redi -Mix, Inc fails to provide the $23,800.00 bond prior to March <br />26, 2013, the Successor of Operator application will be denied and you will continue as operator of the site <br />and will be responsible for the financial warranty in the amount of $23,800.00. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Tyler V.
