The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on January 28, 2013. Bond Release No. 1 is a Phase 1 <br />bond release requested for the CYCC Office Building, 5.6 acres associated with the EMD and 18-Right <br />shaft installations, and for the 9.7 acres associated with the Fish Creek Tipple Facilities and Middle Creek <br />Soil Stockpile. The surface ownership is Federal and private, and the coal mined was Federal and private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon as <br />it has been scheduled.
