Minerals Company's 2012 Annual Reclamation Report for its Coal Ridge <br />No. 1 Mine as required by Rule 2.04.13. There was an unapproved collection ditch <br />constructed and reclaimed during the year where shown on the attached drawing. The <br />disturbance caused by this activity is estimated to be less than 0.1 acres. A seed tag for <br />the reclamation of the ditch is enclosed.
