For this purpose, "mining" means extracting coal from the earth or from a waste pile and <br />transporting it within or from the mine site. <br />This Order shat I remain in effect until the condition, practice, or violation has been abated, or until it is <br />modified, terminated or vacated in writing by an authorized representative of the Division, or by the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board. <br />Important: Please read the reverse side of this page. <br />
