Pursuant to C.R.S. § 34- 33- 109(7) and Rule <br />2.07(3), the following is the Morgans' objection to the permit renewal sought by <br />WFC. <br />The Morgans do not seek an informal conference with the Division pursuant <br />to Rule 2.07(6). However, please regard this letter as the Morgans request for <br />notice and an opportunity to be heard with respect to all decisions, including the <br />proposed decision, by the Division and /or the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board with respect to the above permit renewal. <br />1. STATEMENT OF INTEREST. <br />The Morgans' interest in this matter is well documented in previous <br />regulatory filings with DRMS but, for the record, Frank and Mary Lou Morgan <br />own the following real property within the current WFC New Horizon Mine <br />permit area: <br />T, 46 N., R. 16W., N.M.P.M.: <br />Section 1: NE 1 /4 NE 1 /4 (also known as Lot 1), NW 1 A NE 1 /4 (also known as <br />Lot 2); NE1 /4 NW1 /4 (also known as Lot 3), N1 /2 N1 /2 SW1 /4 NE1 /4, and <br />N1/2 N 1 /2 SE 1 A NW 1 /4, comprising approximately one hundred forty (140) <br />
