The addition of the proposed 131-1-I injection well is being made under the <br />authority of 40 CFR §144.33 (c) and terms of the NSI Area Permit C030358 -00000 and <br />subsequent modifications. <br />Please be aware that NSI does not have authorization to begin injection operations into the well <br />until all Prior to Commencing Injection requirements have been submitted and evaluated by the <br />EPA and received written authorization from the Director to begin injection. <br />Please submit the required data to Wendy Cheung at the letterhead address citing mail code <br />8P -W -UIC.
