Area Pie � it <br />Well ID: C030358 -08417 <br />Well Name: 131-1-I <br />Rio Blanco County, Colorado <br />The Natural Soda, Inc.'s (NSI's) request to newly construct a Class III solution mining injection <br />well under the NSI Area Permit is hereby authorized by the U.S. Environmental Protection <br />Agency Region 8 Water Program under the terms and conditions of the Authorization for <br />Additional Well. The addition of the proposed 131-1-I injection well is being made under the <br />authority of 40 CFR §144.33 (c) and terms of the NSI Area Permit C030358 -00000 and <br />subsequent modifications. <br />Please be aware that NSI does not have authorization to begin injection operations into the well <br />until all Prior to Commencing Injection requirements have been submitted and evaluated by the <br />EPA and received written authorization from the Director to begin injection. <br />Please submit the required data to Wendy Cheung at the letterhead address citing mail code <br />8P -W -UIC.
