We have reviewed your submittal to identify any missing injection well inventory data as well as to determine whether any other data is needed by the EPA to properly classify the well and assess endangerment to any underground sources of drinking water. Please find these additional data requirements enclosed as Appendix A. This request is made in accordance with 40 Code of Federal Regulations sections 144.26 and 144.27. Based on the information we received, you will need to provide the information required at 40 C.F.R. section 144.26(b)(2). Additionally, 40 C.F.R. 144.27 allows the EPA to require additional data to determine whether a well may be endangering an underground source of drinking water in violation of 40 C.F.R. section 144.12. The required information must be sent to the EPA at the address below and must be postmarked by December 28, 2012, in an attempt to meet the State's Consent Order timelines.
