We have reviewed your submittal to identify <br />any missing injection well inventory data as well as to determine whether any other data is needed by <br />the EPA to properly classify the well and assess endangerment to any underground sources of drinking <br />water. Please find these additional data requirements enclosed as Appendix A. <br />This request is made in accordance with 40 Code of Federal Regulations sections 144.26 and 144.27. <br />Based on the information we received, you will need to provide the information required at 40 C.F.R. <br />section 144.26(b)(2). Additionally, 40 C.F.R. 144.27 allows the EPA to require additional data to <br />determine whether a well may be endangering an underground source of drinking water in violation of <br />40 C.F.R. section 144.12. The required information must be sent to the EPA at the address below and <br />must be postmarked by December 28, 2012, in an attempt to meet the State's Consent Order timelines. If <br />you should need more time to comply with this request, please contact us as soon as possible to <br />negotiate an information submittal schedule. <br />
