Fremont <br />understands and agrees to post the increased bond precipitated from this request. <br />• Please accept the modified mine plan. <br />• Please accept the modified reclamation plan. <br />The technical revision to increase allowed disturbance acreage is being requested based on the <br />following information: <br />1. The aerial photo provided by the Division in the July 27, 2012 inspection report <br />indicates a total disturbance of 115 acres. <br />2. Site surveying and disturbance verification performed on behalf of the property <br />owner, Stonewall Springs (Stonewall), on December 1, 2012 indicates current <br />disturbance at 154 acres. Please refer to the map. <br />3. Phase 1 is the active mine area. Of the 94 acres in Phase 1, approximately 80 %, <br />more than 75 acres, have been reclaimed according to TR -02 requiring 3:1 <br />slopes and revegetation. <br />4.
