Submittal of this report satisfies the <br /> requirement of Rule 7 . 3 .2 (2) of the Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rules and <br /> Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board to provide certification <br /> that Environmental Protection Facilities are constructed in accordance <br /> with the approved design plan. The Division has reviewed the completion <br /> report, but has determined that acceptance of the report and certification <br /> will be deferred pending a finding by the Dam Safety Section of the Office <br /> of the State Engineer.
