The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Pineda <br />Director <br />Prior to expanding beyond the 3.6 acre limit for exposed groundwater, <br />McAtee Construction Co. shall provide the Division with a copy of a court <br />approved augmentation plan which demonstrates that more than 3.6 acres of <br />groundwater can be exposed. <br />Prior to mining south of the Edward/Gill Ditch, McAtee Construction Co. <br />shall submit and obtain approval of a Technical Revision addressing an <br />engineering stability analyses, as it relates to the stability of Highway 76. <br />The revised estimated liability amount of $25,500.00 exceeds the $7,624.00 performance bond <br />currently held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of <br />$17,876.00.
