It also contains brief comments on the greater sage - grouse. However, because the greater <br />sage - grouse is not Federally listed as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act at this time, <br />we defer largely to Colorado Parks and Wildlife for its management and for conservation recommendations. We <br />are aware that CPW and the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety have been in regular <br />discussions on this project. We support all of CPWs recommended conservation measures for the greater sage - <br />grouse. <br />If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. <br />J.
