The status of the corrective actions reported by TROLLCO, Inc. in <br />regard to these problems is as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: The mine identification sign was not posted at the entrance of the <br />mine site. <br />This problem has been abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of photographs of the permit <br />sign posted at the mine site. <br />Compliance Problem 2: The site is utilizing off -site fill without prior approval by the <br />Division per 3.1.5(9) of the Rule. <br />This problem has been abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of a notarized affidavit, <br />stating that the fill is, in fact, inert and addressing all requirements pursuant to Rule 3.1.5(9). <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866 -3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
