Everist, Inc., I am responding to your request for more information regarding the Reclamation Direct Cost estimate for this mine. Attached is a revised Exhibit L - Reclamation Cost Estimate for your review. I have removed the Meadows West and South slurry wall since it was certified. I added the square footage data for the Swingle S & N and Vincent West slurry walls and revised the dewatering calculations to cover only the Meadows West Reservoir that has exposed groundwater but is not certified by the Office of the State Engineer yet. A copy of Figure L is also attached. I only included the Direct Costs in this estimate leaving the indirect costs for you to calculate. You'll also note that I added the Mobilizations Cost into the Direct Costs so if this is in error please revise accordingly. I have also attached copies of the proof of mailing and return receipt cards from the Weld County Clerks' office showing that I placed a copy of both adequacy response packets with the that office as required.
