MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of McClane Canyon Mining, LLC, the following responses have been <br />prepared in reply to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS') comments <br />and concerns as stated in their letter dated February 15, 2011. <br />As stated in a previous letter to DRMS dated August 23, 2012, the scope of the PR -02 <br />adequacy response has changed. A new surface facilities expansion is no longer <br />proposed. The surface facilities configuration will revert back to the currently approved <br />permit document. <br />To reiterate what will not be included in this response, MCM withdraws from <br />consideration the following components; <br />❑ Coal Mine Waste Pile relocation and expansion <br />❑ Sediment pond relocation and expansion <br />❑ Topsoil and Construction Materials storage piles relocation and expansion <br />❑ New Air Jig coal cleaning facilities <br />Shown below is a list of appendices, tables and figures that were prepared and <br />submitted with the original PR -02 application package.
