Pineda <br />Director <br />We have received your minor revision application to revise your permit to conduct coal mining in <br />Colorado. Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act, Section 34 -33 -101 et seq., C.R.S., have been submitted. Thus, your application <br />has been considered complete for the purposes of filing as of October 16, 2012. <br />The application has also been approved. Enclosed you will find the Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety's Decision Form for Minor Revision No. 122 at the Colowyo Coal Mine. Final approval shall <br />be at 5 P.M. on October 26, 2012 if no comments are received in reaction to the Public Notice here in our <br />office. <br />Documentation must be submitted to the Division demonstrating that a copy of the approved revision <br />application was sent to the Office of Surface Mining and the Bureau of Land Management.
