S.Forest Service received a Noxious Weed Control Grant from the Colorado <br /> Department of Agriculture in February, 1998. <br /> During the past two field seasons,the grant partners accomplished a significant amount of weed control <br /> work at Coal Basin. Infestations were mapped,permanent reference areas were established and monitored <br /> and infestation treatment was accomplished.
