All other conditions and requirements of <br />Permit No. M -1997 -064 remain in full force and effect. <br />Please be aware that should future inactivity indicate temporary cessation is appropriate (as specified in <br />Rule 1.13 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations), a new application for temporary <br />cessation will need to be submitted to the Division.
