The site
is located in Greeley, Colorado within 200 feet of North 35 Avenue which is a Weld County
roadway.
As we understand it, new mining will not take place in the County Right -Of -Way and planned
activities by Greeley will not occur any closer than 100 feet from the County's road. We also
understand that new mining will progress at 3H:1V slopes and, therefore, the City of Greeley does
not anticipate any slope stability issues from their mining and reclamation activities.
Weld County does not release the City of Greeley from any responsibility for damages arising from
their mine operation. Cali me if you nave any questions.
