The responses <br />are designed to further clarify the information contained in the Amendment No. 10 application. These <br />responses combined with the information contained in the Amendment No. 10 application <br />comprehensively address and satisfy all requirements of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act and <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board Rules and Regulations. <br />CC &V has provided copies of the package at the same locations where the Amendment No. 10 <br />application was placed: namely the Teller County Clerk and Recorder in Cripple Creek and the public <br />libraries in Cripple Creek, Victor, Florissant, and Woodland Park.
