Enclosed please find two copies of Technical Revision (TR) 96. TR -96 revises the upper segment of the West Pit Fill Ditch from approximately station 29 +00 to 32 +00. The lower reaches of the West Pit Fill Ditch (below approximately 29 +00) and surrounding areas tying into the ditch have been through several stages of bond release up to and including a pending Phase III release. To ensure a proper tie into the previously constructed section of the West Pit Fill Ditch, Colowyo is proposing to lower the elevation of the West Pit Fill Ditch at approximately station 29 +00 to meet as -built conditions. Colowyo will catch grade with the approved post -mine topography at approximately station 30 +50. In addition to revised ditch elevations, included with this package is an update to Exhibit 7 -14F. Preceding this revision, Exhibit 7 -14F contained SEDCAD modeling of the West Pit Fill Ditch from station 0 +00 to 121 +00. This modeling in former revisions was revised and the West Pit Fill Ditch was truncated at station 32 +00 as shown on approved Maps 33A and Map 41. For reasons unknown this outdated modeling was not removed from the permit application package and Colowyo is removing it under this technical revision. Colowyo has also provided revised SEDCAD modeling for the section of the West Pit Fill Ditch that is proposed to be revised. This revised modeling will replace the outdated modeling provided previously in Exhibit 7 -14F. Also included with this technical revision is a revision application, proposed public notice and a change of index sheet to ease incorporation into the permit document. If
