The <br />bond release application was found complete by this Division on July 16, 2012. The applicant <br />has requested Phase III (final) bond release for 7.22 acres. Included is the reconstructed segment <br />of 2700 Road that passes through the permit area and the reconstructed BB Road, east of 2700 <br />Road. The applicant has also requested Phase I bond release for backfilling and grading <br />activities conducted on 100.16 acres located northwest of the intersection of 2700 Road and BB <br />Road. The surface ownership is Private, and the coal mined was Private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
