CO- 00045161 SECOND QUARTER 2012 DISCHARGE <br />MONITORING REPORTS (DMR) <br />Colowyo is submitting the Second Quarter 2012 Discharge Monitoring Report to the Water <br />Quality Control Division. Please find the DMR reports attached for your review. During the <br />Second Quarter of 2012, Outfall 010A has exhibited elevated levels of Total Suspended Solids <br />(TSS.) Colowyo believes that elevated TSS levels are a result of the emergence of algae and not <br />improper pond function..
