Enclosed please find our revisions and additions to
our design of the Sutey refuse pile for Mid-Continent Re-
sources , Inc . With reference to your letter of July 12
to Mr . Doug Bowman , concerning the Preliminary Adequacy
Review Comments - Sutey Refuse Pile Permit Revision File
No . C-017-81 , we have addressed all of the changes under
the headings "Roads - Rule 2 . 05 . 3 (3 ) (c ) ", "Ponds , Im-
poundments , Diversions - Rule 2 . 05 . 3 (4 ) " , and "Coal Pro-
cessing Waste - Rule 4 . 10' . We have provided only the sheets
to be added or substituted into the report , and three complete
sets )f construction drawings . Your existing -eport copies
should be updated according to the following schedule :
Stability Analysis , Pile Volume , and Surface Water
calculations :
heet _3 : Substitute new conveyor ditch calculations
for old ones .
Sheet 4 : Substitute new pages for old ones only for
sheet 1 and sheet 3 of design of west and
east collection ditches .
Sheet 5 : Substitute new pages 1 and 2 of sedimentation
ponds ' capacity for old ones . Add three new
sheets ( including map ) of soil loss cal -
culations immediately 5ehind pages 1 and 2 of
sedimentation ponds ' capacity .
