Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) issued a proposed decision <br />for Bond Release SL -lon March 15, 2012. A public notice for the proposed decision was published <br />in the Steamboat Pilot on March 18 and March 25, 2012. The public notice initiated a thirty -day <br />public comment period from the final publication that parties having objections or concerns could <br />submit their concerns to the Division regarding the proposed bond release. No comments were <br />received by the Division during the public comment period.
