OSM is working <br />with the BLM on this document so they can adopt it for their own Biological Assessment. It <br />is unclear at this time if a U. S. Fish 8v Wildlife review is necessary and the timeframe as to <br />when the EA will be complete. <br />The Division cannot complete its review of RN -3 for Bowie 2 at this time without this <br />determination. The decision date for RN -3 for the Bowie 2 Mine is June 15, 2012.
