Division of Reclamation Mining, and safety <br />Office_of Surface Mining <br />Dear Sirs: I thought maybe I'd clarify who Bode PFurter is. I am sure that you have heard the name Gracie mentioned <br />many times. Aunt Gracie and Grandma Gracie are my mom and my grandmother who used to own all that property that <br />you.haye.just.mined and are currently. mining. These properties l have a vested:interest.in... ihe.San Miguel Property was <br />in our possession 30 years prior to the coal mine mining it. We hoped to return and retire there shortly, so the return of <br />these properties, how they are being mined and reclaimed is very valuable to all of us. And. it involves my family then and <br />my families now. When any one of them are being affected by all of this, so am I. It should have been returned the way it <br />was, not as it is now. You are more than welcome to call or write me at any time. I have not seen my objection letter <br />regarding. New Horizon North posted nor have I seen my Citizens complaint regarding what is being done now and a <br />response to the San Miguel Property as to how you have control over some piece of property that never had a right of <br />entry.
