This addition I bond is related to the <br />proposed increase in the quarry working face. <br />GCC is unable to effect the increase in the quarry working face until receiving a final approval from the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment ( CDPHE). This approval is expected to be <br />received within the next month or so. <br />This letter is to notify the Mined Land Board that GCC intends to post the additional bond in July 2012, <br />after receiving the CDPHE approval.
