The DRMS has agreed to <br />participate to the extent that time allows. To that end, please preface any commitment on the <br />DRMS part in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with "to the extent reasonable and <br />resources allow." Before signing the MOU, I do request that DRMS have the opportunity to review <br />a draft copy with the details included for the McClane Canyon lease modification. <br />We look forward to working with the BLM on the review of the EA.
